Depending upon the investment, our team will focus on supporting operational improvements or assisting in financing. Our sweet spot is between $2-10 Million. Depending upon the opportunity and with our external partners, we will go higher.
It starts with a conversation. Then, if mutually agreed, we’ll do an initial analysis, including reviewing the capital structure of the company or property and see where the value breaks. In addition to margins, we’ll review market, methods, and management.
