William G. Prevot, Senior Advisor

William G. Prevot is a systems specialist who focuses his efforts and expertise on quantifying business success, productivity, and efficiency. Prevot is skilled in developing common methodology and language to facilitate focus, communication, and collaboration throughout businesses large and small; developing measurement systems for analyzing business outcomes; creating systems for problem prevention, crisis management, and disaster recovery; recommending organizational changes; and guiding organizations through effective documentation development and training. Prevot previously served as Vice-President (Staff) of Force Protection, Inc. (FRPT), where he trained, coached, and mentored senior management on the theories, principals, and implementation of Systems Thinking. Prevot began his business career at Allstate Insurance Company.  There, he worked on Property and Casualty business and assisted in the opening of the Allstate Commercial Operation in Brea, Ca. Prevot holds a BA in Political Science/Economics from Claremont Men’s College.
